We believe that innovation and respect for nature can go hand in hand. That’s why we are committed to fully offsetting our carbon footprint by funding certified projects that actively contribute to CO₂ reduction and by supporting environmental initiatives every year.

We have analyzed the environmental impact of our activities to compensate for it in a responsible way.

We do not see this as a mere gesture, but as a philosophy integrated into our company.

From the design of our knives to their shipment, we constantly strive to reduce our environmental impact.

Origin of Emissions :

Finishing, laser engraving, and additional processes: Switzerland

Quality control: Switzerland

Our knives are manufactured and assembled in China before being shipped to Switzerland by air, with approximately one batch transported per year. This transport represents our main source of carbon emissions.

All our activities in Switzerland – from development to laser engraving – already have a minimal carbon footprint, as they are powered exclusively by renewable energy sources:

✅ Wind energy
✅ Geothermal energy

Thanks to these choices, our local operations produce virtually no CO₂ emissions. Additionally, all transportation related to our activities is carried out exclusively using electric vehicles.

A Voluntarily Broader Offset :

To go beyond our simple carbon footprint and contribute further to the environment, we have chosen to offset 1 ton of CO₂ per year by funding Gold Standard certified projects. This way, we ensure that residual emissions, which may not be accounted for in the overall calculation, are also offset.
